My order showed up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed a bit and there was barely any padding inside, so a couple of the items ended up with small marks on them. Nothing was completely broken, but for what I paid, I really expected them to pack it with more care. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it properly.

I ordered a few things from stemonline.com.au and, to be fair, the shipping was quick. It only took a couple of days to arrive, which was better than I was expecting. The tracking updates weren’t amazing, but I think I just ordered at a slightly awkward time, so that probably didn’t help. Either way, the parcel showed up fast enough.

My kid actually enjoys the lessons and is learning a lot from them. I kind of blame myself for not getting this earlier because it’s been such a nice change seeing them stay interested and have fun while learning.

I picked up a few things for school projects here and was happy with the range overall. They’ve got a good mix of STEM kits and parts, and I found most of what I needed without much trouble. I do wish a few items had more options to choose from, though. I’d be curious to hear what other people are using for similar projects, because this seems like a decent place to start.

At first I was kind of ready to be annoyed if the parts felt cheap, but nope, they were solid and well made. Everything worked properly, nothing flimsy, and my kids jumped into them straight away. I went from suspicious to impressed fast. Happy with the purchase.

The instructions were simple enough for us to follow without getting frustrated, and he actually stayed focused on it for a good while. i’d much rather spend money on something that gets kids curious and learning than on random junk they forget about in five minutes. Happy with it overall.

I had to return an item, i was expecting the refund to take a while. But it went through really quickly and without any hassle, which made the whole experience feel stress-free to me.

I really wanted this to be a fun activity for my kid, but a few parts felt harder than what I expected for the age range. I still remember sitting at the table with them, watching their excitement fade after just a few minutes, and it made me feel a little bad. They got frustrated quickly, so we ended up putting it away for another time

I had a little issue with my order, nothing huge, but you know how that can get annoying fast. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quicker than I expected, which was nice. It did take a little bit to fully get everything sorted, but they were friendly the whole time and seemed like they actually wanted to help, so I can’t really complain.

I’ve bought from STEM Online couple of times now, and both orders were straightforward. The website was easy enough to get around, prices looked fair to me, and everything turned up when it was supposed to.
